How do I use shopLUHS?
shopLUHS is an online store like many on the internet. Use the categories on the left side of the screen to help you find the items you are looking for. You can also use the search function at the top of the screen. Click on the picture of an item to access more information including sizes, prices and a description. If you want to purchase an item click on the “Add to cart” button. This places your item in a virtual shopping cart where it will stay until you are ready to checkout, even if you leave the site and return on another day. The contents of your cart are displayed in the upper right side of your screen. When you are ready to purchase your items, click on the “Checkout” button and you will be guided through the steps needed to submit the order.

Do I have to log onto the site?
No. You may browse shopLUHS as long as you like without logging onto the site. Once you decide to add items to your shopping cart, however, you will be prompted to create login name and password. You can also click on Login at the top of the screen. Logging on will allow you to save items in your shopping cart for ordering at a later time. If you are paying with a purchase order (PO) number, you will have to log on so that you can get your order total and save the contents of your shopping cart while obtaining your PO from Lawson.

How can I get information about my account?
Click on My Account at the top of the page to see information about your order. You will be asked for your login name and password to use this feature. If you need help, contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card or PO. To pay by credit card, enter the card number and expiration date when prompted.

To pay by PO:

  1. Log onto shopLUHS and place the items you want to buy in your virtual shopping cart.
  2. Use the total cost of the items to obtain a PO through Lawson.
    Vendor name: shopLUHS
    Vendor number: 121192 for LUHS, 6012732 for SSOM
  3. Log back onto the site and submit your order with the PO number.
  4. Items purchased using a PO can be shipped to your LUHS address and your account will be debited through the finance department. Items purchased with a credit card will be shipped only to the credit card billing address.
Please note: All credit card orders, including Loyola issued credit cards, will be charged sales tax. In order to avoid sales tax on orders for Loyola, please pay by purchase order. All PO orders are tax exempt.

Where can I ship my purchased items?
Items purchased with a credit card will be shipped to the credit card billing address. Items purchased with a PO number will be shipped to a LUHS address (medical center or off-campus site).

What are the shipping options?
shopLUHS uses to UPS Ground to ship merchandise. Shipping costs are based on total cost of the order. You will choose a shipping option before you submit your order. Please choose UPS Ground-Commercial for orders that will be shipped to a Loyola address or UPS Ground-Residential to ship to your home address. You also can choose to ship your order with Overnight Air or Second Day Air for additional shipping costs.

Do items cost less if I buy more?
We give quantity price breaks on all of our items. Quantities vary for each item. Click on a specific item to get more information about prices and quantity breaks.

I see an item I like, but I would like a different imprint. Can I do this?
Yes. In addition to the items available on this Web site, shopLUHS can help you produce custom items. If you have a specific item in mind we can find someone to produce it. If you would like to customize one of our existing items we can help you. Use shopLUHS to create all of your custom items. We make the process easy for our customers by sourcing, quoting and preparing the artwork for imprinting. This will save you time and money. Please contact us to discuss your custom project. Keep in mind that production times vary, so plan ahead and contact us at least six weeks before your event to order custom items.

Can I have items engraved/personalized?
We also offer custom engraving on our Bulova and Wittnauer watches. This personal touch makes the gift even more special. Enter your message (up to 15 characters) in the personalization box found on the product page.

Can I return an item?
If you wish to make an exchange or be refunded for damaged merchandise, you must do so within 30 days of the invoice date. No damages or returns will be accepted after 30 days. There is a 15 percent re-stocking fee for returned or exchanged items. For damaged material there is no re-stocking fee. A Return Authorization number (RA) must be obtained before any merchandise can be returned. Please contact us for assistance with obtaining a RA number. Returned merchandise will not be processed without prior authorization. Any packages delivered to the warehouse without a RA number will be refused.

You will need to mail your merchandise to the warehouse where the shopLUHS merchandise is stored. Contact us for this address. Please include the packing slip or invoice with your merchandise and a note indicating a return or exchange. To ensure your return package arrives at the warehouse, we suggest that you return it via UPS or Insured Parcel Post.

It is important that you check all your shipments for damages before signing for the packages. If your package arrives in a damaged condition, you may want to refuse the shipment. If circumstances do not allow for this, be sure to document the extent of the damage before you sign for the merchandise. We ask that all damaged merchandise be reported to your common carrier for inspection. Please refer to instructions above to return your damaged merchandise.

I need more items than are shown in inventory. What do I do?
We constantly replenish our inventory. However, there are times when demand for an item is high and inventory is depleted before the next shipment of the item arrives at the warehouse. When this occurs, the item is on backorder. The shopLUHS site will tell you when a shipment is expected to arrive. If the item you want is backordered you can still place the order and the item will be shipped to you shortly after the item arrives at our warehouse. If you order more items than are currently available, the items available now will ship to you immediately and you will receive the remainder of the items shortly after they arrive at our warehouse.

If you are looking for a much larger quantity of items than what we usually have in inventory, such as for a special event, please contact us immediately so we can place a custom order for the quantity you need. You will also be able to customize the imprint if you wish

What does drop-ship mean?
Drop-ship items are not currently in inventory. These items will be produced at the time of your order. You will need to order the requested minimum number of items. Because these items are produced on-demand you are able to use a custom imprint and pick a color if you choose. Drop-ship items may take up to 4-6 weeks to produce if you use the imprint shown on the page. Custom imprints will take longer. Please contact us with any questions about drop-ship items.
